Any notice to Borrower in connection with this Security Instrument shall be deemed to have been given to Borrower when mailed by first class mail or when actually delivered to Borrower’s notice address if sent by other means. (Ex. 1, Sec. 15.); Davis v. Wells Fargo Mortgage, 2018 WL 1560077, at *11 (Tenn. Ct. App. 2018) (There is no requirement under the deed of trust that the grantor receive notice of the foreclosure.).
